Through the Capture series, students can explore the daily lives of mentors, professionals, and students from all kinds of backgrounds. These videos give a real look at their routines, challenges, and accomplishments, showing what it’s really like to work in different fields.

Want to share your story? Capture is also a place for mentors and students to create their own "Day in My Life" videos. Whether you’re showcasing your journey or exploring someone else’s, this series is about learning, connecting, and inspiring.
Overview

The goal of this initiative is to make sure that the video series represents a diverse range of experiences and gives high school students a realistic, relatable look at life in college. This includes everything from the academic rigors to the social interactions and personal growth that college students experience. The more personal and candid the responses, the more engaging and helpful the video series will be for its audience.

By covering these elements, participants will create a well-rounded, engaging "Day in My Life" story that will not only be informative but also provide high school students with valuable insights into what life at university looks like.

Video Requirements
We want you to have full creative freedom in capturing and editing your video!
The only requirements are:

Orientation: Please record the video horizontally (landscape mode). (it can be vlog style or more professional, it is all entirely up to you!)

Audio & Video Quality: Ensure that both the video and audio are clear enough for high school students to understand and follow. We recommend using a good quality phone/camera, and testing audio before filming.
Beyond these basics, you have the creative liberty to film and edit however you’d like. Whether you choose to edit the video or keep it natural and unedited, it's up to you! Feel free to add your own personal touch, whether that's through music, captions, or any other elements that you think will enhance the viewer's experience.
We encourage you to make the video as authentic and engaging as possible, so have fun and let your creativity shine!
Once we begin receiving applications & videos, they will be featured on our YouTube playlists according to interests! There is not anything featured yet, but be on the lookout!
